This summer she will carry out an internship at the Amsterdam Wax-Resin Project at the University of Amsterdam organized in collaboration with the Cultural Agency of the Netherlands. The internship is part of the masterclass, The Dutch Method Unfolded. Eliza will analyze several samples of wax-resin adhesive used for lining paintings in collections worldwide. The goal of the research is to investigate the composition of the adhesive and explore the change in recipe according to geographical location and time.
